Executive Chef Todd Paige
Todd Paige found his love of cooking behind a desk in home economics class in high school. After attending culinary school at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island, Todd landed in Atlanta, and with over 30 years in the industry, has honed his skills at restaurants such as City Grill, InterContinental Hotel, Swiss Hotel, Blackstone Steak and Seafood, and Palisades. He has a passion for creating, and exploring every position in the culinary field, such as butchering, soups and sauces, garde manger, and baking. He continues bringing his creative and delicious touch to SOHO’s evolving menu. Todd believes that if you have to have a passion for food, and love what you do, you can achieve amazing things with a spatula and a saute pan.
